SAINT MAUDEZ DRY GIN
A genuine craftsman Gin made from the re-distillation of a pure wheat spirit in which have been previously collected by maceration the aromatic components of juniper, coriander, angelica roots, citrus peels and of some seaweeds from the “Presqu’ile Sauvage” (“The Wild Peninsula”) on the Northern coast of Brittany, which results in a unique recipe.
The distillery is located right by the seaside at the far end of the “Presqu’ile Sauvage” of which the foreshore is home to one of the largest seaweeds field of Europa with over 700 species. A few of them being harvested on the peninsula have been chosen to bring a subtle maritime touch to Saint Maudez Gin.
The quality of the ingredients together with the extreme care at the distillation step in the small dedicated still make of Saint Maudez a Gin with a powerful aromatic expression and a superb balance.

Made exclusively from plants and seaweeds, to the exclusion of any additive or concentrate, Saint Maudez is bottled at 44.7 % without chill filtration in order to preserve the integrity of its flavour and reinforce its character of exception.
